Who we are…

Hello! I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Bryony, the founder of The Nutrition Hub Dorset. With a First-Class BSc in Nutrition and currently pursuing an MSc in Nutrition and Behaviour, I created this space to offer compassionate, science-backed support to help you make meaningful, sustainable changes to your health.

At The Nutrition Hub, we understand that nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we provide tailored, realistic guidance that fits into your lifestyle, without the confusion of ever-changing trends. Whether you're seeking support for weight management, post-alcohol recovery nutrition, or nutrition through the lifespan, we’re here to help you gain clarity, feel confident in your choices, and take control of your well-being.

We’re not here for quick fixes or fad diets, we’re here to help you build lasting, healthy habits in a way that feels achievable and empowering. If you’re ready to make a change, we’d love to support you.
