To ensure each client receives personalised support and meaningful progress, this programme is limited to just 15 members per enrolment — and runs only four times a year.You’ll get personalised guidance with a strong focus on behaviour change, helping you to build consistent habits, overcome barriers like emotional or boredom eating, and make nutrition feel like second nature.
